摘要：

In the process of deliberation, the outbreak and evolution of emergency, the public opinion on Internet plays a vital role. Public opinion appears in the form of unstructured data on Internet, and text mining is provided as a method or a technology to analysis public opinion on Internet in emergencies. This article introduces the characteristics and effects of public opinion on Internet, analysis the technology and method of text mining and shows the application of text mining.
