On application of step stresses in accelerated life testing

摘要：
The accelerated life model when the baseline reliability function is not known is considered. Estimators of the reliability function corresponding to the normal conditions of functionning are proposed when the step stresses are used for the accelerated life resting. Asymptotic properties of estimators are investigated.
