摘要
Flushing and embryo transfer programs were carried out in Sanenthal and scrub goats (in Hungary for the first time). Methods used in case of sheep were applied during superovulation and synchronization of recipients (Table 1). According to the production results: 22 Sanenthal goat mothers were superovulated, of them 13 were used for obtaining embryos by a laporoscopic method according to the corpus lutei found in the ovaries. In all, 15 embryos with an adequate quality were obtained (Table 2) which were transferred into 7 recipients. Of the recipient young goats, 2 became pregnant and horn 3 kidlings (Table 3). Deep frozen and chawed Beer goat embryos imported from Germany were also transferred into synchronized scrub and Sanenthal goats. 20 embryos were transferred into 11 recipients, of them 3 became pregnant and 5 kidlings were born (Table 4 and Figure). The authors also investigated the fertility of donors included into the experiments and that of non fertilized recipients. Fertility rate of these animals was comparable with that of previous years (Table 5) confirming that hormone treatments did not disturb the sexual cycle of animals. Because of delayed mating and births during the late spring-time due to embryo transfer, it is proposed to carry out embryo transfers only during the first part of mating period. This is the first report on producing offspring by transferring fresh or deep frozen goat embryos in Hungary.
