摘要：
The principles of operation of piezoelectric devices and the kinds of piezoelectric waves are described. The influence of crystal lattice defects (dislocations) on the actions on such devices is discussed. The popular Frenkel-Kontorova and Granato-Lucke string models of dislocations are presented.
