Piezoelectric immunosensor for the detection of complement C1q

摘要
A reusable piezoelectric immunosensor has been developed for the detection of human complement C-1q. Three methods for immobilization of anti-C-1q antibody on the gold electrodes were employed. The protein A method gave the best results in terms of sensitivity, stability and reproducibility. With the protein A method, the coated crystal had a good response in relevant concentration range. The electrodes could be reused 4 times by desorption of the immunocomplex with 0.1 mol/L citrate buffer.
