Key technologies of construction control on long-span variable cross-section aqueduct with reinforced concrete box arch using cantilever erection method

摘要
Cable-stayed buckle hang rope hoisting construction technology is not widely used in the construction of long-span cross-section of aqueduct construction application. In this paper, the biggest span of arch aqueduct in China's water conservancy industry which is the Longchang aqueduct in Guizhou province as engineering background. Cast-in-site arch foot section reversely-pulled bailey truss, cable and anchorage system are summarized in the process of construction. Focusing on the study of control methods and parameters in the process of cable erection, the content of the control methods and parameters include arch ring alignment, abutment foundation displacement, arch ring stress and reinforcement stress, displacement of buckled tower, cable or anchor cable force and stability. It is of guiding function for engineering practice.
