The paper investigates the market demand for Communication Engineering graduates through a visit to the graduates. According to the investigation results, an analysis is made on the inconsistencies between the university training program and the practical social purposes. The corresponding reform plans and measures is put forward in order to implement innovative-oriented and project-based talent cultivating.
