Crystal structure of (Ba1-xSrx) (Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 solid solutions system

摘要
XRD analyses show that the secondary phases are formed in the (Ba1-xSrx) (Zn1/3Nb2/3)O-3 system due to the volatilization of ZnO. With the increase of Sr content, the lattice structure turns from a disordered cubic phase to an ordered pseudocubic phase. A 1:2 supper lattices diffraction peak appears at the low angle and the diffraction peaks at the high angle are broadened and turn to right. The tilting of oxygen octahedron in the (Ba1-xSrx) (Zn1/3Nb2/3)O-3 perovskite structure is the main reason for the phase transition, the formation of ordered phase, the dropping of symmetry of crystal structure and the decreases of lattice constants a and c.
