摘要
Tungesten Bronze ferroelectric materials are found to be technologically important materials for device applications due to their high dielectric constant, piezoelectric and electro optic properties. In the present investigation, the filled tungsten bronze type Li+ modified barium strontium sodium niobate are prepared and studied their properties. X-ray diffraction patterns and obtained lattice constants confirmed the orthorhombic structure. The variation of transition temperature, room temperature dielectric constant and peak dielectric constant is observed.
