摘要
Ballasted ladder track is a new type of longitudinal track. In order to investigate its vibration reduction effect, in this paper, a field experiment was carried out on Guangzhou Metro Line 5, where ballasted tracks with both common concrete sleepers and ladder sleepers were installed. Comparison studies in both time domain and frequency domain are performed. Environmental vibration were also analyzed according to the draft version of China Standard of Envoronmental Vibration. The experimental results show that as compared to the ballasted track with common sleeper, the ballasted ladder track has good vibration reduction effect on decreasing the peak value in time history and controlling the vibration responses in low frequencies.
