摘要
This study selected Sichuan Province of China's power energy production and consumption province as the regional research object. It studied power energy utilization efficiency in regional industrial sectors with DEA-Malmquist Model from output of power energy consumption, power energy utilization technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and change index of power energy utilization efficiency by power energy consumption and GDP from 2005 to 2010. The power energy utilization efficiency was big difference in industrial sectors. It provided basis of taking different measures according to different characteristic in industrial sectors while reducing power energy consumption and power energy conservation.
