摘要
This article studies the intercultural training of teachers, especially those of Secondary Education. First, it tries to provide a general vision of the state of the question in Spain. Then, the article gives orientations to put the above mentioned training of teachers into practice, in both cognitive and technical preparation. Finally, special mention is made of the urgent need to form the emotional, attitudinal and ethical dimensions of the teachers so as to assure the necessary sensitivity and commitment to cultural diversity.
