Study on the Green Property Management and Green Building from the Perspective of Sustainable Development

Faced with the social reality of China and the inevitable trend of the future sustainable development,developing. green buildings has become an important issue in. china to protect environment and conserve energy. In this paper; the author firstly make a brief summary to the connotation and development of green building and green property management. Thew the author analyzes the interactive relationship between the two concepts and proposes the shackles of traditional, property management to green property management. Finally; the author puts forward green property management measures that are adaptive to building evaluation system.
