摘要
This study examines the relationships between career adaptability (CA), organizational well-being (OWB), job insecurity (JIS) and job satisfaction (JS) and their impact on professional burnout (Bout). The results show that Bout is negatively related to JS and OWB, and positively related to CA and JIS. Additionally, OWB mediated the effect of CA on job satisfaction. Results also reveal that JS mediated the effect and JIS moderated the effect of OWB on professional burnout. The study contributes new insights that may clarify the relationship between organizational well-being and professional burnout. Practical implications on how to reduce professional burnout are discussed.
