摘要
This study aims to identify, analyze and prioritize the factors or areas that when well managed produce favorable results in the software development process using the method of decision making Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ranking the top five factors are: Planning and Project Schedule (6.47 per cent), Customer Engagement (5.96 per cent), Defining the Methodology for Development (4.43 per cent), Commitment and Motivation (4.10 per cent) and Mission Project (4.09 per cent). Given the difficulty in finding a tool to support the development of this work was proposed and developed a web system. It is the only tool developed in Brazil with version available in Portuguese.
