The EPC as a theoretical-methodological reference in the analysis of broadband public policies

This article has as main objective to contribute to the debates on the field of Political Economy and its interfaces with the Politics of Communication. The proposal involves bringing a reflection on the use of the Political Economy of Communication as a theoretical-methodological framework in the analysis of public policies, especially those of access to broadband, now considered an essential service for society. The object placed in the article is the implementation of Broadband Popular, one of the fronts of action of the National Broadband Program (PNBL).
