摘要
An in-plane Fresnel zone plate for focusing surface plasmon polariton (SPP) fields has been designed, fabricated and tested. Diffiractive SPP fields from each Fresnel zone constructively interfere and focus at the designed focal point. (C) 2008 Optical Society of America
