Research on the Competition Training Course System for College Students under the Employment and Ability Oriented Background

In this paper, we conduct review and research on the competition training course system for college students under employment and ability oriented background. We are a leading knowledge and the information of new era, information literacy is one of today's information societies of the human survival and development ability. We should seize the timing of the college student competition, to do a good job of teacher and student's thought mobilization. Teachers in guiding students to participate in the process of competition, to deepen the understanding of the experimental teaching, fully realize the importance of practice teaching, gradually changing the concept of teaching with experiment practice teaching take root in the heart. At the same time, broaden the professional field of the vision in the competition, students realized importance of practical ability to enhance the innovation consciousness and change the concept of learning. Our research start from the discussion of employment and ability oriented to provide the novel paradigm for training course system development which will enhance the current teaching pattern and optimize the curriculum provision.
