ASPECTS REGARDING THE EDUCATION'S IMPORTANCE IN THE KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY

The work paper is focus on the education and its interrelations with other aspects of contemporary economic-social process. Was pointing out the extremely importance of education in the field of comparative researches and of different development's model of the society. On the same time, was presented the concepts of education and change that was approached from interdisciplinary perspective, but temporal and spatial too. The education is presented in interdependent relation with knowledge society's demands, respectively with postindustrial civilization. Ones analyze the education's importance for the substantiation of the strategy for create a new kind of economy. of a new way for creating the wealth, in which informational resources are not complying anymore to the rarity law. By the scientific undertaken step, we tried to suggest new direction to approach and analyze the place and the importance of education for economy. Even if in the recent studies was invocate the importance of education in the process of economic grow and development, there are difficulties of conceptual nature regarding the operability of education like important variable of economic process.
