摘要
On the basis of the introduction to the current status of Chinese railway, this paper describes the position and the function of the railway in the transport and traffic system of China, points out the characteristics of railway accident. In order to evaluate the safety work objectively, the authors work out a more rational criteria and evaluation system. Finally, this paper makes some suggestions on the approaches to guarantee the railway safety.
