New Scheduling Model for Intelligent Resources Allocation Management in NGN

摘要
This paper discussed a new scheduling model for intelligent resources allocation management because a scheme for scheduling data traffic on heterogeneous networks that can overcome performance degradation due to excess traffic has not been developed. This scheduling model begins with individual initialization of genetic methods and ends with determining the final value of the results of the process through a cross over process which will eventually mutate individual properties. Based on the equation of Genetic Algorithm, it can be concluded that the access point 1 until 9 fulfill the requirement that the probability does not exceed 65%, and fitness value between 0.0552 to 0.1029. Therefore, this new model is suitable to be applied for intelligent resources allocation management in heterogeneous next generation networks.
