摘要：
Based on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and relevant laws, this paper applies the scientific principles of dialectical materialism, combines the judicial practices and experiences of the road traffic accident handling, starts with the basic concepts of determination of road traffic accidents and causation, analyzes the existing problems in the present determination of traffic accidents and brings forward the methods to define causation in determination of traffic accidents.
