摘要
According to the millimeter wave propagation characteristics in turbulent environment, this paper has made modifications to the previous model, turned the previous atmospheric refractive index structure constant in turbulent environment-one of the most important parameters, which varies with the height function, into wind speed difference function. It also probes into the relationship between amplitude scintillation variance and turbulence length, wind speed difference, frequency. Finally, by compared to the previous work, the new model validates the validity and feasibility, and builds the new theoretical model for the millimeter wave propagation characteristics in turbulent environment near the ground.
