摘要：

Based on the related knowledge and basic principles of Matrix factor analysis model, through the decomposition and synthesis of humanity analysis and technological rationality in the inner humanized management, in the premise of external conditions, the management goal adaptability and the weight of the modified method, this passage analyses the technical reasons in management and how to carry out the humanized management in organizations. We set up an analysis model of humanized management based on technological rationality, with the features that the analytical method is simple, and the range of application is wide.
