摘要
Contract risk in power construction project has nonlinearity and uncertainty, so carrying on the evaluation rightly to the contract risk appears very important Based on the detailed analysis of the main influence factors or the contract risk in power construction project, this paper establishes the evaluation index system on contract risk in power construction project, determines each risk factors' numerical evaluation value using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the contract risk in power construction project combining with the modified Elman neural network (ENN), and establishes a sort of risk-warning mechanism. Finally, it makes a more objective evaluation to the contract risk in power construction project combined with cases.
