摘要
Under the situation background of "highly innovative, public entrepreneurship", China issued a series of preferential policies to improve and support entrepreneurship, such as the relaxation of market access, improving administration management, strengthening policy support, expanding financing channels, entrepreneurship training support, the establishment of incubators, business support services, to strengthen the government's responsibility to improve the working mechanism, creating a good atmosphere, and so on, which start small loans to entrepreneurs to provide early a way out to solve this problem. Based on the current situation of our country's pioneering micro-credit support policy analysis, using the game between policy executors and policy makers, analysis the mechanism of the status, point out to strengthen and improve the business support policies should micro-finance institutional level that is information disclosure system and reporting system to proceed. Put forward a sound business micro-loans to support innovative strategies policies.
