摘要
Realizing acceptable responsiveness and energy efficiency during browser sessions on handheld devices is a challenging and important problem. Advances are being made in improving responsiveness using techniques such as speculative loading of resources, parallel HTML5 parsing, parallelization of Java Script and parallel layout computations. The concept of parallelism aware DOM tree is discussed along with related concepts underlying analysis techniques for parallelizing HTML5/JavaScript code.
