摘要
High b-value diffusion imaging contributes to the understanding of the diffusion characteristics in normal and abnormal brain and shows promise in improving the tissue specificity of MR imaging of pathology, particularly ischemia, and neoplasms. This article discusses the contrast features, benefits, limitations, and initial clinical applications of high b-value diffusion imaging.
