摘要
Objectives. Technologies become more complex, and technological changes become more frequently. The paper underline that technological innovation becomes an important factor in establishing of a strategy that lead to a sustainable development. Prior work. The focus-ideea of my paper is to underline that technological innovation is decisive for implementing new and useful communications services. Design/Methodology/Approach. The research from which this paper is part, contain studies and observations from the last 16 Years, with focus on the after liberalizations market of telecommunications in Romania period (2003). A major contribution to the research has a pollster, made to identify value-added services which are requested on the local market. Results. Technological changes become needful for progress and for a sustainable development. It's the core idea through which draws the conclusions of the studies, observations and survey. The named-survey was fundamental in development of new value-added services. Implications. Researchers and professors from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, technical experts, representatives of the national regulator institution in communications and information technology, nearby stuff from companies-operators in communications, are involved in the process of shaping the directions of the studies and observations, as well as in the followed-up analysis. Originality value. The paper is unique, through its topic (management of technological innovation), the researched domain (communications and information technology) and the sample presented (value-added services). The questionnaire on which the survey is based-on is the conception of the author of this paper. The results of the survey. as well as the papers results are important for the "players "from the named-domain.
