摘要：

In this paper, firstly, three E-procurement models, Sell-side Model, Buy-side Model and Marketplace Model are introduced. Then, how to choose the appropriate E-procurement model in accordance with enterprise scale and goods category is further analyzed. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis formerly, a large-scale steel enterprise as a case is analyzed about its choice of E-pTocurement model and the main points of design for correspondent E-procurement system.
