Design and Realization of Pulverized Coal Injection Monitoring System for Blast Furnace Based on Data-driven Technology

摘要
The measurement of the mass flow of solid phase in gas-solid flow is one of the unresolved problems in the field of gas-solid flow measurement. This paper presents a new method for online measurement of pulverized coal mass flow according to the 1# blast furnace pulverized coal injection system of Nanjing Iron & Steel Group ironworks on the basis of data-driven technology. According to the original measurement system based on electronic scales existing the problems of measurement value instability, this paper makes a close analysis of the selection of variables in the data-driven model and establishes segmented model for complex scenes. By a host of experiments, the analysis results in the field show that the precision of monitoring system reaches +/- 5%.
