In this paper, the author will make a certain analysis on China's competitive sports reserve talent cultivation pattern, so as to promote rapid development of competitive sports undertakings in China, and cultivate more sports talents for the society. At this stage, China's sports undertakings are gradually changing under the new economic situation. As an important link to promote the development of sports, the economic sports talent cultivation pattern has already received high attention from Chinese government. Under the continuous and deepening development of China's economic system, the establishment of competitive sports talent cultivation pattern has already become a key link. A good talent cultivation pattern can result in a batch of excellent athletes, and add to the glory to China. However, it is bound not to cultivating outstanding athletes, if there is no any good pattern for the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents. Therefore, importance should be attached to the selection of competitive sports talent cultivation pattern.
