摘要：

This paper stands on the point of the employers and applies a manner of semi-structured interviews to make in-depth interviews with 10 HR supervisors from high management of the enterprises. Then qualitative analysis framework is applied to make interpretations and generic analysis on the text documents. An employability model for college students that consists of four dimensions - adaptability, career identity, work performance, and social and human capital is discussed.
