摘要：
The transition of two centuries saw tremendous changes of the world economic situation. In the field of automotive industry, those transnational companies have merging or reorganizing each other to increase production scale and market share, decrease cost, upgrade their core competence and their market strength. The Chinese automotive industry is "Scatter, Chaos and Poor ". Facing the global development trend of the automotive industry and China entering into WTO, the Chinese automotive industry must fulfill strategic structure adjustment in order to upgrade concentration of the industry. The paper analyzes the necessity and present state of concentration, and the way promoting concentration.
