摘要
With the rapid development of economy, the competition between commercial banks is becoming fiercer, and it is mainly the competition of customers. This paper uses structural equation modeling to study how the commercial bank customer network influences the development of commercial banks on a social network perspective based on the data collected from a commercial bank in Beijing. It provides basis to the promotion of commercial banks.
