摘要
We introduce oblique-sectional single-molecule microscopy (obSTORM) that images any oblique cross-sections of a biological sample into depth without lengthy z-stack acquisition. Combining oblique lightsheet illumination and direct oblique detection, obSTORM offers uniform super-resolution though imaging depth, thus well-suited for thick samples from cells to tissues.
