Does there exist the so-called "right or freedom of smoking", which belongs to civil rights and freedoms? In other words, does limiting or banning smoking deprive smokers of their civil rights and freedoms? Admittedly, smokers have some interests which call for the respect of law. It is, however, arbitrary to deduce that there is a constitutional or legal right. Actually, the so-called "right or freedom of smoking" is just a rough imaginary fiction.
