摘要
Through, European Water Framework Directive (WFD) the States Member of the European Union should consider evaluating the water courses with flood risk. Starting from the WFD, it is necessary to be done maps outlining the floodplain because the floods are natural phenomena that cause disasters almost annually in Romania and in the world, causing human victims and economic problems. Simulating hydrological models it can be understand natural phenomena such as floods. Spatial representation of hydrological parameters that influence the water leakage, allow estimation of the flood hydrograph in different sections of a basin. Climate changes increase the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events (storms, floods, droughts) repeated and intense flooding is a hydrological phenomenon characteristic for the rivers in Romania. The results shows, that having the model calibrate can be made scenarios to simulate significant hydrological events (floods). The results of this study show ability to develop scenarios that can help decision-makers choose the best adaptation strategy.
