摘要
This paper discusses the relationship between the indicators related to building type and the building energy consumption, using the SPSS correlation analysis method. The result shows that building area and layout are the most significant factors. According to the GIS data of 526 buildings in Hangzhou, 2 typical buildings are selected as samples, and their indoor environment in summer are measured and analyzed in detail. The results show that the layout of building directly influences the indoor environment of residential buildings in summer. The natural ventilation effect in strip-shaped building with the fenestration both on north and south sides is obviously better than that in point-style buildings with one side window. Therefore, the indoor thermal comfort in the former is better than the latter. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
