摘要：
Virtual employees' positions are popular for enterprise and employees, however, some new challenges for human resource manage are ensued. This paper first introduces five characteristics and distribution of virtual employees, carding four stages of relationship between enterprise and virtual employees, and analyzes the plights of human resource management of virtual employees in each stage, finally, puts forward corresponding management tactics.
