摘要
The micro-arc oxidation coating was prepared on TC11 sample using sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) and sodium tungstate (Na2WO4) as electrolytes. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and micro-hardness tester were used to analyze the coating surface and cross-sectional morphology and micro-hardness of the inner and outer ceramic coating. The results show that at 9 A/dm(2) current density, the optimal coating has an improved micro-hardness but the adhesion decreases compared to that of the pristine Ti substrate. The electrochemical corrosion and general corrosion of the coating were comparatively analyzed in 3.5% NaCl and 30% H2SO4 solution. When the current density is 9 A/dm(2), the coating obtained in the 30% H2SO4 solution has a lower self-corrosion current density. Finally, the wear mechanism of the coating was studied by the anti-wear experiment with SiC.
