The Analysis of Management Reform about Rural Collective Construction Land Transfer System

The article first analyzed the present physical truth and issues of land trade under government and pointed out that rural collective construction land transfer is the government's essential way from land finance to public finance. Secondly the article analyzed the prerequisite of rural collective construction land transfer is to ensure the rural collective construction land to accord with the law. The key point is to ensure the famer to obtain the more benefit in the long run. Lastly, the article made the detailed suggestion of management reform about rural collective construction land transfer system, i.e. to build the perfect market service system.
