According to the standpoint of system theory, the development of real estate industry must be influenced and restricted by various factors inside or outside the system. How to find out these influences factors, what contacts exist among them, and how these factors and contacts affect the development of real estate, which should be solved before studying the development law. Nevertheless, if analyzing the factors only by the traditional thought mode. we will sink into the old logic structure. Our analysis idea is that real estate is a dynamic system, therefore. all kinds of factors will take place inner the member organizations and on the exchanges of material and information between each organization in supply chain. Consequently, this paper will jump the subjective and former thinking, by virtue of the business process of real estate industry in supply chain, to look for various factors which influence the development of real estate industry, and adopt the combining analysis method inside and outside the system to build the relations among various factors. The paper studies the economy problem of real estate industry from the angle of the management process in china for the first time, and has the innovation whether in theory or in practice.
