摘要
Horizontal well completion technology is one of the most promising directions used to develop hard-to-recover deposits. The lack of reliable information about the reservoir properties of productive layers leads to permanent loss of recoverable reserves. The continuous study of reservoir properties changes and their nature allows to assess the effectiveness of the work performed. Horizontal well completion is one of the priority directions used in Tatneft company, Russia, to develop hard-to-develop reserves. Currently, there are special tasks set to enhance the producing potential of the wells with horizontal completion designs. One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of wells with horizontal completion is a stimulation technique used to ensure uniform flow along horizontal open hole interval and encourage production. The basis for assessment of the well production capacity and the relevant bottom hole zone treatment is the study of reservoir properties, and the most reliable data can be obtained through well or drillstem testing. The lack of reliable information about reservoir properties and the state of pressure and temperature in the pay zone, as shown by many authors, results in permanent loss of recoverable reserves.
