Evolution of the structure of nanocrystalline Fe and Fe75Si25 alloy upon heat treatment

摘要
Differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, and Mossbauer spectroscopy were used to study structural and phase transformations that occur in nanocrystalline Fe and Fe75Si25 alloy as a result of the transition from a severely deformed to the equilibrium state upon heat treatment. The transition of nanocrystalline alpha-Fe to the equilibrium state can arbitrarily be separated into two stages. The structural evolution of the Fe75Si25 alloy was established to be multistage.
