摘要
In recent years, as the rapid development of the economy, the number of warehousing enterprises continued to boost. As an important tool in the warehouse, the operations of forklift trucks are ascending greatly due to their flexibility and portable abilities. The great number of running track of forklift trucks ring potentially dangers to the safety management of warehouse. The GPS signals have been decreased greatly inside the warehouse. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out high precision indoor positioning of the forklift in the complex warehouse. This paper the analyzed of UWB indoor positioning technology and its advantages. The summary principle of the four methods of UWB technology, and the method of locating the time difference of arrival time is selected to design a safety monitoring system for forklift truck, which is based on UWB technology. This system can locate the forklift position in the warehouse, provide the basis for forklift safety monitoring, provide help to improve enterprises automation level, reduce the labor intensity and cost savings and enhance the overall security of the system.
