摘要
This article aims to present a study made with the intention of enabling the students of high school to access the symbolic production of the literary domain, establishing dialogues of these students and the read texts, verifying how reading is characterized, from significant situations of interaction between the student, the read authors, the speeches, and, therefore, make possible the viability of multiple readings. The methodology used was the bibliographical research, based on the theories of Kleiman (2005), Soares (2014), Barbosa (1994), Barthes (1987), Cossan (2016), Candido (1972), Freire (1996) and others. It was also carried out a debate in the first stage of high school, in a local school, in the Cidade de Goias - Goias. The reading was carried from goianos authors' short stories: Cora Coralina, Hugo de Carvalho Ramos, Bernardo Elis, Jose J. Veiga, Bariani Ortencio, Augusta Faro, Eli Brasiliense. The theoretical framework, used for this study, provided a reflection on the formation of the critical reader, and the debate with the students allowed us identifying that there is a great need to encourage reading and writing, so that young people can articulate, more concretely, in the educational environment and elsewhere
