Im Fu ss ball ist die Verletzungsgefahr hoch, insbesondere wahrend der Wettkampfe. Frakturen sind zwar vergleichsweise selten, fuhren aber zu langen Ausfallzeiten und konnen einer erfolgreichen Profikarriere mitunter im Weg stehen. In Chicago wurde deshalb untersucht, wie sich Frakturen der Fu ss knochen auf die Leistung der Spieler und die Ruckkehrraten auswirken.
