摘要
In the recent paper entitled "A digital watermarking scheme based on singular value decomposition and tiny genetic algorithm" by C.-C. Lai (2011) [1], a robust digital image watermarking scheme based on singular value decomposition and a tiny genetic algorithm is proposed. This comment shows that this watermarking scheme is fundamentally flawed in that the extracted watermark is not the embedded watermark but determined by the reference watermark.
