摘要：
The article discusses the unsuitability of a democratic criminal law be linked to a claim of scientific truth. It points out the connections of the successive models of criminal liability systems with scientific truth, demonstrating the authoritarian biases that it produces. Finally, it proposes the abandonment of these perspectives for logical and political-criminal reasons, with the aim of moving closer to a more democratic criminal liability system.
